What are California Rubber Pavers? California Pavers are recycled tires (vehicle passenger tires, truck tires, recreational vehicle tires) manufactured into paving mats. Each mat is the equivalent to one passenger tire that goes through a crumbing process and then pressed into a mat. What designs and colors are available in the California Pavers?
